Awesome! After having Swiss artists releasing on Stil vor Talent, Made To Play, and many more, we have Khainz from Lucerne releasing his All Night Long on Alex Kenji’s Label Hotfingers. On Beatport they call it House, but it’s more than that. This is a bomb, which fits in many sets or for many situations. Very techy, groovy, and driving. Some jazz piano melody makes this track complete.
Try it out, you won’t be disappointed. But most of all we are proud, that we have some really good producers here in Switzerland!

A few words to some of the tracks:
Everything feat. Headley – EDXish catchy melody, adorable voice by Hadley. Very good starter.
Give It Up For Love feat. John Williams – Sounds like it could be played in front a crowd used to commercial music. Very melodic, beautiful track with a groove that will make an audience go mad. Get your warm clothes on, Swedish House Mafia, we have producers just as good as you are, if not better
D.A.N.C.E. – Just as the name says: it’s for dancing, partying, having fun.
Warped Minds – Summerish, Dinka-like sounds, very relaxing music.
Love Express feat. Jerique (with Seamus Haji) – This is House music at it’s best. What a track!
Falling Out Of Love feat. Sarah McLeod – This has been released earlier and it already caught me. Sounds as we expect to hear from EDX. Melodic, bassy, a track which you can dream to.
Italian Melodrama – This track makes it worth to buy the bonus track version.

Are we not proud to have a swiss act releasing on the London based Anjunabeats label… or better on Anjunadeep, actually, owned by the legendary Above & Beyond? After some tracks taken from the Album “Tales of The Sun”, we finally get to hear some new Dinka stuff. As we are to used to from Dinka the original mix is again modern, melodic, progressive and deep. On the second side of the EP, we have found a lovely remix by no other than Komytea. Komytea is a duo, also releasing under the name of Michael Cassette, some Anjunadeep dinosaurs. Komytea kept up the nice little Dinka sounds and added some awesome groovy bass to it. The remix is a little less melodic than the original version, but still – compared to other Komytea stuff – quite melodic.
Hard decision on which side to play… i’ll leave it up to you.

What can go wrong if the two Swiss knob turners team up for a jam session? I don’t have to give an answer. The track Hip was the product of this collaboration and it’s getting better and better the more you listen to it. Parts of the tracks, especially the bassline, make you think it’s a typical EDX track. But it has got this Portmanish darkness with some huge breakdown and a straight forward drumline.

The release come with a remix by the Essential Groovers. They added some trancey synthesizers and the breakdown is taken to a further level. But I really miss the groove of the original version in this remix.

The second remix is by no other that Koen Groeneveld. A techy rework as we’re used to by this man. This remix is very powerful and you can hear that Keon Groeneveld was playing around with the original elements. It is fun to listen to this remix and I can imagine that it’s rock at a huge indoor party.
